By accessing or using Thorn ("the Service"), provided by CoachHouse ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Thorn is an AI-powered facilitation platform that processes session audio recordings to generate transcriptions, process maps, automation opportunity analyses, and shareable client deliverables. The Service is intended for use by professional facilitators and consultants.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you upload and the session data you create. Deliverables generated by the Service (process maps, opportunity analyses, executive summaries) are owned by you and may be shared with your clients at your discretion.

The Thorn platform, including its design, code, and branding, remains the intellectual property of CoachHouse.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. AI-generated analyses are informational and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before acting upon them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoachHouse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

5. Confidentiality

We understand that session recordings and client data are sensitive. We treat all uploaded content as confidential and do not access, review, or share your data except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page.
